All orders are shipped from Adelaide, Australia during business hours Monday - Friday. No orders are processed on weekends or on public holidays.
BASIC SHIPPING $2 - Usual delivery time is 3 - 7 business days after an order is received. Covid has affected delivery times and this it out of our control.
EXPRESS SHIPPING $7 - Expected delivery is 1 business day after an order is received (if placed before 11am).
All parcels are shipped with Australia Post. A tracking number is emailed through once an order is processed so you can track your parcel once it has been scanned into the shipping system.
If a safe drop / authority to leave is required, the customer can change this delivery method once a tracking number is processed through the courier services website only. This is done at the customers risk and Mini Dreamers will not offer a refund / replacement order for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing.
New Zealand - flat rate $24
We now ship to the US for a flat rate of $36.90 - Expected delivery is 10 -15 business days after an order is received.
Any additional customs, duty or tax charges are payable by the customer on or after delivery. These costs are NOT included in the cost of the product or shipping on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out the extra charges through their local customs office prior to purchasing. These extra costs will not be refunded by Mini Dreamers. If you choose to refuse your delivery due to customs charges, a refund will not be processed until the parcel is returned and received by Mini Dreamers. The true cost of shipping will be deducted from the total order cost, and the rest will be refunded.
When placing an order for a pre-order product, all other products on the same order number will be shipped when the pre-order is shipped. If you require an earlier delivery on non-preorder products a separate order must be placed. We do not offer split delivery.
If you change your mind about a product purchased from the Mini Dreamers website, we are happy to accept a return for refund or exchange within 7 days of the order being received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original or similar packaging to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit. We cannot exchange or refund an item that is not received in perfect condition. Please also include your name and order number in the return.
Once we receive the return we can process an exchange or refund for you of the product only. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
